this isnt really as much of a review as a question. I like the way this plan looks, but i am not interested in taking any Ph's, such as teh MAG - 10. If i were to want to follow this plan, but without the MAG - 10 during the second phase, would i definately be overtraining? I am 17, and i always hear that we dont need ph's because our test levels are already high, so if thats the case, can i still use the twice a day workout without having it be overtraining, or would i wanna use the one a day plan?
