jenn737 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Not sure I like this article. It just tells women to do the same "different stuff" than men that we have always been told to do.

Squats - ok, I'll give you that one
Leg Curl and Leg Extension - how about SLDLs, Leg Press?

Upper Body is a joke - biceps, triceps and a couple shoulder movements with a 5 lb DB. (Not a weight that you can use to complete X number of reps, but it specifically says use a 5 lb DB, because God Forbid any woman pick up something heavier)

Blah. Same old "female training" stuff. I'll take my heavy compund movements any day.

Question Oversimplified

There is no way you use this article to lose weight and get into shape. this is basic info any mag out there geared towards women would supply. If nutrition is responsible foor 70-80% of your results isn't it kind of silly not to give any nutrition information.
