i loved this article, i've been having trouble finding out information on preparing for a contest i love it

one of the most interesting things i learned was

if your not eating enough calories, do less

Good information in this article, however, the author cannot restrain himself from being profane. Putting words into writing, means that you actually sit down, and think through what you're gonna say. Even after supposedly 'thinking,' AnimalPak still chooses to swear at us! That's sad. I could just imagine what a 'joy' it must be to talk with you in person.

Dude, clean up your act - treat your mind as you do your body. You would command alot more respect and influence if you could talk to us as if you were an educated, decent human being, and dare I say.... a role model?
