Dude, unless the photos lie, you're already super ripped for 5 weeks out. Go easy on the dieting. Don't waste all that muscle mass!

thanks for your compliments... however I still have more bodyfat I need to lose. I need striated glutes, and more separation between my obliques and abs... as well as more separation in my hamstrings. Ripped doesn't cut it if you want to win... freakish is a must

I think you are right on target Layne. Once the striations start appearing everywhere, people will be like, "I guess he knew what he was doing."

Hey Layne, just curious, which tanning product are you planning on using. Have you been going to tanning beds or is the slight tan you have now from the sun.

When you're dieting down so much, how greatly does it affect your strength or your energy? Do you feel hungry often? Just curious, and keep up the good work!

my hunger pangs haven't been too bad this time. I attribute this to dieting very slowly and only losing 1-1.5 lbs per week instead of 2-2.5 lbs per week. In addition, I have lost very little strength and actually gained strength on some lifts. Alot of that comes from having the right mental attitude... a lot of people concede strength loss as a part of dieting but I refuse to do so.
