Talking Milk Jug Workout

I really like the work out Derek. I am just starting back into getting into shape. I have been using the the workout for a week now and already feel a difference. I have one question though. How do you do a side lunge? I understand a front lunge but a side lunge? Can you help me out please.

This is an awesome article! Being only 13 it can be hard to get to the gym, and they don't even let me use free weights there! I have been drinking lots of milk lately lol

I have found that you can put certain bars through the handles of the milk jugs (kinda obvious, but i mine as well state it lol) And add a few more excersises to the workout with it ^-^

push ups and jusgs curls

i am just startin this tonight at 11:27 p.m i no late but i just found it but umm i am hoping it works. I am 14 years of age and small. In hopes of this workout i am hoping to build muscle capacity through this. Thanks

I was just looking around this site and when I saw this I was like: OMG, THIS IS JUST WHAT I WANT!!!

And it his, thanks a lot to the guy who did this, I always thought that was a way to do a little "bodybuilding" at home, and now I found it!
