Jeff, why do you plug creatine serum? That stuff has been proven worthless by many scientific studies and it's pretty well accepted as a scam.

The article was written originally log ago, before the scientific analysis was out, using the same propaganda sent out by fake independent studies these supplement companies and muscle mags put out.
