Post tweaking

These are very good excercises especially upside down leg raise. What I've done is use the circuit training and involve a few extra excercises so as to fully tear apart your body. What I do is this;
1.Upside down pushup
2.One leg squat
3.Clap Pushup
4.Knee Jump
5.Pull-Up
6.Upside Down Leg Raise
7.Chin-Up
8.Burpee w/ 4 Mountain Climbers in down position

I do each excercise 5 reps continually after the other in a circuit and then rest for 30 seconds and repeat 10 times. Get's me breathing hard and sweating like a beast.
