everything he said was true, He should have that article printed in Time magazine. I was watching CSI the other day and they had an episode on how creatine killed a long distance runner.

I love rant #2. Everytime I see one of those low carb beer commercials I laugh. However, I have given up trying to explain to people how the carbs in beer means jack.

i dont even really know what yall are talking about but csi is a show that i belive is pretty credible. mainly because of what my chemistry teacher said about it. she was saying how they would say some stuff about different chemicals or whatever and it suprised her because the stuff worked
