i did it today, i thought it was great. basic, compound ab exercises, no equipment needed. only thing is that they do not work obliques, however i fit some in throughout the routine.

I'm gonna give this a try in a little while, fairly advanced stuff, might leave out 2 of the movements, superset 1-2, 3-4, and finish with 5.
I'd up that "50% in the kitchen" to at LEAST 80%...but then again, my genetics suck

Did you do it the way he outlined with the supersets, or just running through them all with rest between each?

Hugo is on a roll... A roll of writing terrible articles... No offense, but these exercises are so out-dated... Not to mention, sit-ups? Are you kidding me? Feel free to follow this routine... We'll see how well that lowerback holds up...
Ab training is nothing more than basic crunches, core stabilization work and mainly, cardio and nutrition... I really need to get on the ball here and write some articles to rebuttle many of these sub-par efforts.
