interesting read and thankyou for writting. I will say that i see alot of military physical training to be out dated and counter preductive but i still liked the article none the less.

Thanks! While I agree that the military PT program needs some serious revamping, it is a nice change of pace to the normal gym scene and if done correctly, can be very beneficial. Glad you liked the article.

LOL, I was at VA Beach a few weeks ago and there was a crew there on those little carts that you pedal around the boardwalk - they were singing "A Yellow Bird." Hubby and I started cracking up and of course the whole thing was stuck in our heads the rest of the night!

you is a fine femme-ale. i like the way you write an article in such a clear,helpful way. this is actually a damn good article and a better routine for mr average trying to tone up and lose some fat than most articles here.

u must be a great lil wife and enjoy male culture,it takes a special lady to put up with all the macho stuff and mingle with jarheads. you look very beautiful,husband is lucky .

After 8 week's you will get my resuls on the p.u. , s.u. and 2 mile.
