Very informative and relevant article. Hopefully it will encourage other BB's to at consider the benefits of cardio work even if they are bulking.

Depends on how much cardio. There is absolutely a point where continuous aerobic training will have a negative effect on strength and muscle mass. We need more research to find where that point is.

IMO, you can accomplish the same thing with interval training and not see some of the negative aspects mentioned in the article.

Awesome article. I found it very informative. I have always incorporated some form of cardio into my regimen when bulking, and now after reading that article, I'm glad I do. Great article.

Excellent article!! I always believed cardio was important no matter what your goals are. This proves it even further.
