It isn't really appropriate to compare the protein synthesis with in the liver of a postmenapausal woman to the msucle protein synthess of a healthy male bodybuilder...

Nor is it really appropriate to discount the whole study for this reason. Calcium supplementation is not a new thing for those taking high levels of protein...
