Thumbs up Thank You

The arguments you make in your article are completely true and valid based on what you've said and the little amount of my trust needed to make this judgement. I think that you've done just about anything a person is capable of doing to help others get in shape. Because you aren't capable of working out for other people, those people who are capable, yet unsuccessful at your program choose not to succeed and it's not your responsibility to go beyond what you've already done and what you are capable of doing to get them what they want. Thank you for offering help to society's weight problems, but if you feel inferior when (or if) you don't see a change in society in the way you want it to change, then do not. It is impossible to change society exactly how we want to because each person makes his or her own choices. Accordingly, you are incapable of making choices for other people so the most you can do is provide them with information they need to want to make the choices you make. You've done much more than you are expected to, and I truly admire and appreciate your virtuousness.

Although I'm only about 15 pounds fatter than where I want to be, and because we've both made strong arguments, I am chosing to make it a top priority of mine to follow through with your plan exactly as you've given it. If I can remember, and if you care, in 6 weeks, I will let you know how it worked. If my results are contrary to what you've claimed, then it's most likely because I didn't follow your plan exactly how you said it.
