I am a beginner bodybuilder and am going nuts reading through all the different workouts. Almost every one I read seems to contradict the previous one. Is it good to workout a bodypart more than once a week? Does working a bodypart out 3 times a weak give the muscle enough chance to recover and grow? Should you still feel a pump from a previous workout when attempting another one? So many questions...so many confusing answers. WHO IS RIGHT?

The answer to your question is that it all depends on the individual. Some programs will work better for different people. You have to try each of the programs for yourself to determine what is best for you. (Even the authors of the articles will probably agree with this). I suggest picking a program and sticking with it for at least 6 weeks. If you have given it your all and you are not having any gains - try to mix things up (perhaps going to a 3X/week full-body routine instead of a split-training routine). Don't forget, that nutrition and sleep play a huge factor as well.
