Is there anything revolutionary about doing:
Squats
Leg Presses
Leg Extensions
Two types of calf raises
SLDL
Yet another leg press
hamstring curls
I mean, anybody could have written this article (especially the routine). Ofcourse you try to dress it up by talking like this is the most routine ever. Can anybody ever really be considered when on the leg extension machine?
Its nine exercises, most of them basic isolation machine exercises that every person in a gym knows how to do! How about something different, something that hasn't been written up 50 million times before on this site? But who cares about taking an objective look at boring routines when you can be and do the generic routines that bodybuilding mags have been producing for the last 5+ years?
To take a quote from the end of your article:
" This is primal and visceral. It's ugly and gruesome. This is the law of the jungle applied to modern society."
I didn't know that doing machines made you primal and visceral. I didn't know doing leg extensions and leg presses made you part of "the jungle".
