Bubo will become famous soon enough. (+50)
Yeah, rock climbers have hard bodies, hard like a toothpick!

I really don’t think that this article even belongs here. I have been rock climbing for more years than I want to brag about. There was a couple of years there that I really chased some harder routes, but for the most part I look at rock climbing as something that I do once in a while to spend some time on the cliffs with old friends. I think I have been to a climbing gym twice.

Rock climbing and BB-ing beat up your body.
So if you do both how can you give yourself enough rest to make gains in either one?

For my money, I would rather stick to chasing old school lifting and leave the rock climbing for a BS weekend with my partners in crime.

And please don’t get me wrong, I love hanging out with my hardcore climbing toothpick dudes, they make me feel like da Arnold!

Its like you copied this info from the bodybuilding and rockclimbimg pamphlet they hand out at your work. The article is a total copy and it has always been a good article or should I say pamphlet. It gives all the right info, but i'm not giving her credit.
