I'm 40 years old and play hockey too. I want to be stronger to skate better but also to battle the natural progress of losing muscle mass as I age. While I've been around a gym since my days as a college athlete, I am not yet learned in the areas of new techniques, exercises, and research. I'm inspired by Marie's article as it's easy to understand and provides a great place for me to start. Thanks, Marie!

The article was well written, but I agree with Str8flexed that the article was nothing great. It is so basic and I think it should have been a little longer.
