This article is full of horrible advice... come on, this guy recommends trying to bulk up by eating pizza, mayonaise, and other junk foods....which would be a great way to bulk up if your trying to gain fat and very litttle muscle, which defeats the purpose of his theme which is lean gains. Then this guy takes a complete 180 and talk about hydrotherepy. What does that have to do with anything he was talking about before. Jumping in freezing water= gaining lean mass?? Give me a break.

RIPped1484,

I do not recomend hydrotherapy, i offer a good solution to gaining lean mass, this diet has worked wonders for many of my clients, you do so much work with the heavy deads that you produce a large amount of Growth Hormone. If you dont like it dont do it, follow your own diet and give the routine a try.

Anyway thankyou for the constructive critisim.

How can I

get to part 1? The link that says click here to go to part one puts me back at part 2? Thanks.

Yeah, how do you access 'part 1'? Part 2 is accessable but when it says 'click here for part 1' it just reloads the same 'Part 2' page.

Anyone know how to access part 1?

Does anyone proof read this stuff? The information was decent and helpful, but come on! There is one point where I almost couldn't stand it anymore...."1 bowel of oatmeal"..no thanks!

And the example given at the very beginning of the article is just plain ridiculous. Who goes to the gym for one week and decides to quit b/c they didn't grow muscle? Or thinks they have a chance at a GQ cover? Dumb.
