Great article! Charles Poliquin programs are da bomb. Most arm programs on this site are 3 sets of 8-12 for 3-4 exercises.

Well written and very informative.

I wish more articles were written this way - not just pressing one "correct" way to train a muscle group(s).

I've tried many of these workouts over the years and of the ones I have tried, I would rate each as a "5 star" workout too. (Try the 10x10 for an excrutiatingly lovely burn - but leave your ego in the locker room with your whey and creatine!)

Also, definitely give Gironda's 6x6 "balanced arms" a try! The drag curls will leave you with growth in places you never knew you had!

all I have to say is that Vince's Training method's seem the most logical to me...I got off of his beginners routine about 3 months ago and the results were pretty darn amazing. I will give the 6x6 a chance in the next couple of weeks
