That micro-loading is a bunch of crap. Fastest way to fry your CNS. It will only perpetuate a stagnation. The ole' baby pig theory, again.

Never heard of this. Please explain.

I never thought of the chains before. Why are fractional plates and Plate Mates so damn expensive? Anyway, I think ankle/wrist weights are even cheaper. Attach one or two to the barbell.

Here's the baby pig scenario: Baby pig weighs what? 10 lbs. OK, everytime you bp use the pig as the weight. Baby pig grows slowly, ounces per day. In 5 years do you think you'll bench press a 450 lbs boar with this type of training? No way? It's way to demanding on the CNS.
