I sleep for 6 hours. I don't sleep more than that. I'm not restless. I fall asleep right away. After 6 hours, I'm ready to go. I hope 6 hours is enough. I have tried staying in bed (on week ends) but I just lay there awake wanting to get up. Even if I did HAVE to sleep for 8 hours, that would mean I have to go to sleep at 7 PM LOL, because I wake up at 3am to get ready for the day and go to the gym at 5:30am. 10 hours sounds even funnier, because that would mean I'd be going to bed at 5PM. How many people really sleep 8 to 10 hours (that have jobs/school and stuff to do during the day).
