why do you think this will work

not to sound negative, but you seem to refute your own program by stating that your own calves need a lot of work. did you recently start training your calves like this and are finally starting to see results? calves are a tough area for me too; genetics has a lot to do with this. my girlfriend has proportionally bigger more shapely calves than i have, but she doesn't train them at all. great legs are just hers genetically. i would like to find a program that really works for us guys without the great genes. can anybody with genetically small/stubborn calves offer a program that finally gave them excellent results?

jhustono1 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Yes this is a new program I've begun and it really seems to be helping me. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. Genetics do play perhaps the greatest role in calf development, perhaps moreso than any other bodypart.
Let me know how it works for you and thanks for your input.
