Thumbs up

I had no idea what trans fat was until I watched a show on TV about it from Cooper Aerobics in Texas. Bodybuilding.com has many great articles and this one has been beneficial in explaining trans fat to me. I'm suffering from eating just a poor diet every day. Not knowing where to start and what to eat. Thanks for this article as it has helped me to get started in being aware of the types of fats I should take in while I begin my journey of getting on the right track.

Very well written article. Advice on oil choice to include essential fatty acids and omega 3/6 balance (and how to achieve it) would enhance this article. The difference between (organic) cold pressed and commercial oils would also be useful.
