Hugo A. Rivera - Mass Training Tactics - Part 1!
This month I will start presenting a series of routines that when performed in the sequence in which I present them are guaranteed to bring you the results that you are looking for. This phase will only be a 1 week long phase in which we will only train with weights twice a week on a full body routine.

tried it
i tried it starting on monday.. its now wensday and my arms are to sore to even consider working them out today. and legs are still sore and there is no way i will be able to work them out again tommorow. so far i have missed the chest back workout for how sore my bi's and tri's are.. i dont think this is a "natural" program. or i train with to much intensity.

This is a natural program, it is just very extreme. It will take about 2-3 weeks for your body to adapt to such a load and that is only if you are eating 500 more calories than your body needs daily. You are like most people these days, you speak before you think, your words are without wisdom, you spoke out of ignorance (that does not mean you are stupid, you just spoke without accurate knowledge). All things in life whether it be bodybuilding, judging ones character or even making a decision should be done after research, evaluation, and careful thought. You did not even give this workout a try before posting. Wisdom has been all but lost in today’s society. Wisdom is simply the ability to use accurate knowledge correctly. The only knowledge you based your judgment on was your body's inability to handle the new stress that it had received. Have you ever seen a drug users workout? They would laugh at this workout. A fart would be as stimulating! My advise to you is to think before you speak and have patience. Before you brag about your intensity I'll let you know that when I am through I can't walk down my apartment stairs doing the reps listed. Have patience!!! Do not be a wimp and give up.

This routine works!
I have now done 3 7-week cycles and have noticed results after years of hitting plateaus. I was sore the first week too, and didn't know if I could keep up the intensity, but I'm glad I did. I was very encouraged when I was able to hit new highs in just about everything. After my 3rd cycle ( 7 week program of active recovery 1 wk, 3 wk loading, 3 wk strength) I noticed some signs of overtraining so I'm taking a week off before I start again.
I'm also trying to cycle the exercises each 7 weeks. For instance, using a flat bench press vs inclines, then using a smith machine in the next 7 week cycle. I would highly recommend this workout routine
