right now i'm fresh out of highschool, and the #5 reason was an awesome motivator. i do NOT want to be another victim of the freshman 15.
those reasons may be shallow, but hey, it's why we lift.

Heh does it count as a exuse if you can't get to the gym because you can't drive and your parants can't take you, for example i might miss 1 day a month like that...and i'm only set up at home to do a chest workout. couple more months though and i will be driving myself. Of course then i have to argue with the desk clerc their to let me work out by myself under 18
