Saturated Fat: 5g
Protein: 13g
Carbohydrates: 25g
Fiber: 2g
Sugars: 15g
Macronutrient Ratio: C/P/F = 47/34/17

I would never eat a bar that has that many sugars, that much fat, in relation to that tiny amount of protein. Gimme five egg whites over that crap anyday.

My God, MHP "Up Your Mass" is rated a "Bang".... certainly not for it's taste I hope. The MOST horrid tasting stuff you will ever experience. I've had the weed killer Round-Up overspray blowback into my mouth by accident that tasted better than this stuff. Maybe if you mix it with a gallon of chocolate ice cream or something, you might choke a half scoop of the power down.
