I spent this saturday training legs with Skip and his friend Daniel at the Gainesville Gym. Skip took some shots with his awesome camera.

There will be videos coming up later after Skip gets them compressed and converted to WMV's

looking awesome man. Definitely leaner than the last pics. Looks like you still got some water in the legs though. Good luck with the comp.

Awesome vascularity and size in the upper body, shame your legs don't grow as much as your top half. Your hams and calves really need some size I feel. But other than that for 12 weeks out you're looking schmick.

Yea I just got done working out legs, so I was having trouble flexing them and they lost a bit of definition.

nitsux, thank you for the critique, I know my legs are my weakpoint, but if only you could have seen pictures from 2 years ago to see how far I've come
