the water temprature varies

the water (if using buckets) should be as cold as you can get it from the tap, onreally hot days i like to swim at the beach in the morning or add a handfull of ice to the buckets of hot water.

It's refreshing and invigorating. Probably weak old grandmothers with heart conditions shouldn't try it.
