A must read for people struggling with chest devolpment

I noticed that I would get a good chest workout only sometimes when working chest, othertimes I would feel it in my shoulders and triceps. This article has changed it to chest only. Anyone struggling with chest devolment will definately see a difference if following this article

I managed to actually injure my left shoulder with incorrect bench form before realizing my bad form and then getting very good results in both size and strength lifting properly.
