There is plenty more than this wrong with your article, but I'll just list a few points. In the article your macronutrient timing is, put simply, FUBAR. You give no indication GI and the best way to use carbs in relation to their GI. Further, you provide no indication of when to schedule a workout in relation to the diet (which I'm sure you know is VERY important). You also, strangely make meal 6 (the last meal of the day) one of the highest in carbs. I am unsure when this meal is scheduled in terms of time, but you give the wrong impression to the uninformed reader to eat tons of carbs at night, pretty near to bedtime, which is just plain idiotic. You make breakfast relatively small, 23g of carbs? I’m cutting and I take 40g. Yet meal 2 has double the carbs of breakfast! Are alarm bells ringing yet? They certainly are for me. 120g of protein at breakfast is the real killer, nearly died laughing at that one, which is unusual given my low carb diet. You just made an easy 25$, congrats.

P.S I just love the exaggerated lat syndrome picture at the bottom!

Yea,
this article is horrible. If you're not big, don't talk about eating to get big. Get big first, then tell us what you did. See my point; your program is stupid, and you aren't big. Make sense.

Not trying to be an ******* to you or knock you. But every other mass gaining program I have read doesn't agree with this.

I think you should redo your article and apologize to bodybuilding.com. There are many things wrong with it, but i will point out something that wasn't already said:

Meal 5
627 calories, 5 grams of carbs, 19 grams of fat and 108 grams of protein

1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
7 1/2 ounces of Beef, ey round roast, roasted
5 whole eggs, boiled, scrambled or poached
1/2 ounce of dry roasted peanuts

How the hell is there only 19 grams of fat in this meal

Shane

This article is poorly written and brings nothing to the table. There is no point in eating that much protein per meal and you don't make it clear enough that this article is for the hardgainer.
