Another great episode with tips that work the first time I use them. I used a wider stance or foot placement on leg presses and felt this on my inner thigh during the first few reps. I also put a pad under my lower back and this took a lot of the stress I feel off of my back. My only problem with this series is I can make the videos full screen, I would love to see this feature added. But if not I'll keep on watching. Can't wait till epi 3.
