This in my opinion is one of the best features Bodybuilding.com has ever added. You have my vote. I already use this site for all my bodybuilding information, but this has given me one more reason not to turn anywhere else. Awesome job guys!

First off i like to say great show and a definite worthwhile watch.
What i like about it
Each exercise is explained with proper techniques, movements (what to do what not to do). Example lat pulldowns (back striaght, elbows infront, pull down to insertion point) Everything is also explained why it is being done and also goes into Myths or the common way its done and demonstrates what could be done to improve it. Also one of main things i like about the show is it demonstrates safety while performing these exercises as to help minimize the risk of injury.
What i dont like about it
Well the only thing i can really think of that i dont like about it is that the equipment they use are not in my gym so i cant perform the same workouts. Other than that its a great show.

Do another series with Charles Glass.
Fantastic episodes. I've learned new tips/techniques to use for every workout.

Charles is THE MAN
This series is the reason I come to Bodybuilding.com. Charles' on point advice has improved my entire physique considerably in 5 weeks. His chest isolation has given me a delt-free chest workout for the first time. Every episode has been a learning experience. Blending injury free training with intense burns is what Charles is best at.
My only complaint is what's already been said. I would like to see an alternative to the unusual machines. Even though Charles talks about them, seeing the exercise is 90% of the explanation.
Keep up the good work. When you roll through the entire series I hope you start over with season II.

I just finished watching this video series, and I must say it is great! It's awesome to see the real pros training and get their insights. Charles Glass seems like a real class guy who knows his stuff. Even after training for years, these training sessions are packing with little things and small tweaks that can help you train better.
Would watch again! Looking forward to more!!!!
