Thanks for clearing that up. There's so many new products coming out lately it's so hard to keep track of what does what.

also it says:
"Ionis Delivery System"
"Nitrous Malate"
"Better than Citrulline Malate"
"Better than AKG"
"Pumps, Vascularity, Energy, Recovery"
Well I will just have to find out starting tomorrow:
Directions are vague, so I found its best to take 30 min pre workout and 8 hours after that

Alright, finally!
This morning I had with my protein and flax shake and then 30min pre workout with some gatorade since Nitrous is unflavored.
My workout shake consisted of 5 scoops of Ice, 2 servings of gatorade. Today was Back and Biceps.
Started off with Chin ups: 3 x 8
Seated Rows:
1 x 12 @ 100
1 x 9 @ 110
1 x 5 (hold at the end) @ 120
1 x 4 (hold at the end) @ 120
Lat pulldowns
1 x 11 @ 90
1 x 8 @ 110
1 x 7 @ 110
1 x 3 @ 120 (hold at the end)
Bent rows: new
1 x 10 @ 95
1 x 8 @ 95
1 x 8 @ 115 (stopped because my form felt odd even though it was correct)
Reverse chin ups: 3 sets of BO
Straight bar curls
1 x 12 @ 45
1 x 9 @ 55
1 x 6 @ 65
1 x 4 @ 65 (hold at the end)
Just flexed abs today and hanging leg raises to the sides too.
My Biceps felt more pumped and still do 7 hours later. I gotta say it was either the Straight bar curls (havent done those in a year) or the Nitrous, I could have done more sets but I was on a time limit since I had tutoring 40min later.

Alright guys, My spring break just started, but I will still workout and bulk as clean as possible. If i have access to a comp and net probaly on monday and tuesday I will keep yall updated with my workout.
WOW the second day, I still feel a lil pump leftover from yestraday's workout. I will do my next workout when I get home at 3-4pm.
This product is offered for about $28 at bb.com and I gotta say thats a great price.

Yes it is safe. Many people on here stacked OX with something NO related like Muscle Nitrous or Blue Nitrous etc etc etc

hey guys,
It may suprise you to see that I have kept up my clean bulk, except for the 4 beers But this is all I ate
Burgers (no bun)
sandwiches
cereal
protein shakes ( I love my Nectar Roadside Lemonade, almost made an alcoholic mix with it )
chili and wendy's chili
chicken nuggets
wild rice and chicken
scrambled eggs
MRM mrps
Also a couple times when I didnt go to the gym, I had push up competitions, wide, normal, diamond and clapping push ups, to push my beyond my limit. I am about to go workout my back.
Last saturday and last night after doing those push ups, not only did I feel pumped, but the muscles in my bicep felt it was trying to pop out of the skin, I mean DAMN I never felt so pumped. My chest was REALLY Pumped, maybe I should do a measurement of my chest when its pumped to see and show you just how pumped it gets.
Any suggestions for mixing Nitrous. I do with power gatorade or my Nectar. How do you guys do it?
I am loving this product so far. Also my bf% is still about the same, its 12.5 right now, so its still a clean bulk so far

Im using orange/grape juice in the mornin and one with my MRPS. Or If I take it one pre and one post i'd take it with MRPS and one with post Nectar protein shake. I take it with somethin moderate-high in sugars for insulin spike.

I just noticed it says take it on an empty stomach. Also does Arginine compete with other aminos? What about this version?

This is a lot better compared to aminos IMHO. The swole I've had in past with other products gave me a bit a bloat look, this swole/pump effect that nitrous is a bit more "dry" looking than the others.
Im off to gym in 15 minutes.

I know its better than aminos, What I'm saying is when consumed with other protein/amino acids, doesnt the Arginine have to compete for absorption in the stomach?

Sorry guys I havent updated this, its hard when you are soo busy with your friends and all on spring break.
Anyways I have been hitting the weights. I am still getting GREAT PUMPS, sometimes mostly on the bicep that like the muscle is pushing the skin almost like it wants to burst out.
Diet the past few days:
chili (wendys and lean canned chili)
eggs
protein shakes
miniwheats (cereal)
milk
water
couple beers
queso/chips
chicken
black eyed peas
beans
This is just soo weird because I know and add up my calories which add up around 2500 or so, yet each morning I seem to be leaner and a little bit more Vascular, maybe its the Nitrous, too soon to tell, but WOW I have never noticed such before on a bulking diet.
Soon I will be testing Creator G2 with the last week supply of Nitrous for a great PUMPED UP COMBO!!!
Also after my workout, I measured my biceps just to see how pumped they were: 14 7/8in!!! I mean WOW! I will measure it tomorrow just to show yall

i'm sorry guys, Im an idiot not to include this earlier. This is usually my eating schedule:
10am - Nectar shake (if I wake up at 10)
10:40 - 5 eggs (3 yolks, little milk) with 1 slice of wheat bread or cereal
12:30 - chili or chicken with beans
2:00- Nitrous
2:30- workout with powder gatorade wit ICE
3:15 - Nectar shake (2 scoops)
4:00 - chicken or eggs
5:30 - early dinner - chicken/beans, chili with chicken nuggets or whatever is good
7:00 - MRP
9:00 - snack around
11:00 - snack around, good stuff of course
And before bed protein blend shake
There that is about a typical day for me, I rarely dont follow that, but I do however will have beef, steak or anything else in sub of some stuff aka cheat stuff, no biggie after all it is my SPRING BREAK!

Alright, today was different. I had my cheating meal aka dinner of tostadios (refried beans and cheese on top)
Other than that, pretty much the same.
Today I worked out my chest and triceps and a little shoulders. I was aiming to test out the endurance in me.
dbell incline:
1 x 20 45lb
1 x 15 50lb
1 x 13 50lb
dbell decline (cut it short due to function of bench)
1 x 11 50lb
1 x 8 50lb
dbell flat bench
1 x 20 50lb
1 x 12 50lb (felt a major burn in my front shoulders and outside chest)
1 x 8 50lb
Push ups
Normal width:
4 sets of BO (averaged about 10 reps per set due to being soo PUMPED)
Diamond width
3 sets of BO (averaged 12-15) Triceps looked HUGE in the mirror but of course i couldnt see the horse shoe shape
Also did the exercise where you lie flat on a bench a take dumbbell over your head and far back and bring it back over your head w/o bending or moving your elbows. I used to do this alot until it pinched a nerve in my shoulder last year.
Reverse pulldown (oh s hit what are they called anyways its for triceps)
1 x 12 30lb (cables felt real tense)
1 x 7 35lb
1 x 5 40lb
Diamond push ups
1 x BO
Shoulder press
1 x 5 50lb (I felt too pumped to do more, stretching didnt help much for the next set)
1 x 3 50lb
Machine shoulder press
1 x 10 65lb
1 x 8 70lb
1 x 10 70lb
And then I sprinted back to the room, and jogged back and forth between 2 cars about 60ft apart about 5-7 times until my roommates go back.
Anyways, 5 hours later after finishing my workout. I still feel the pump, but mostly in my chest, yet I still feel swole and all.
After SB is the true test of strenght, because thats when I can use some real weights and all.
Tomorrow - Back
