or you could just do heavy squats with low reps.

Holly **** I did this today after i saw the article. This is truley one bad ass workout that beats the hell out of anyone who does it. I striaght laid down after i was done in the squat rack in my gym.

Fair enough if you are a member of a gym where there are no other members?!?! I for one know I would be pretty pissed off if I saw a guy taking up all the equipment like that!!

Not bad, but if I want to bring the pain i'll stick to my super drop sets on leg press that total over 150 reps, or my 30+ rep drop sets on squats, or my 10 sets of front squats and my 66 total sets of legs per week
but that routine doesn't look too bad

If you do all these sets your legs should be bigger and developed....
????????????.....something is missing

you don't have any lagging bodyparts?
i could get into androgen receptor density and what not but i'm sure you already understand all of that
