that is why they are stored at fat. Ill actually do the math for you
between 6 and 11pm people were eating every 45-60 min at an average 700 calories per meal.
thats a meal a 6, 7, 8, 9,10 and 11pm 6 meals. adds up to 4200 calories after the time of 6pm.
taking into considerate the average person was 150 pounds, this number greatly exceeds their average RMR. You'd better bleive they'll gain body fat.
However, the time of day has nothing to do with it. If these people at the same number of calories at 6am they still would gain body fat.
Pretty simple.
The title "Got Breakfast?" sounded fitting to me because eating a sizable breakfast Does your body good much like the milk adds of old. The most recent milk ads have coined the phrase Got Milk? So I thought that would grab peoples attention and be a nice play on words.
In other words - I was poking fun at the milk ads. It wasn't meant to be the dawning of a new era of title making or anything.
But The areticle does answer the question - Fat accumlation is a result of calorie balance. If you eat too much (no matter what time it is) it will be stored as fat. And the entire article was relevant The hole thing centered on eating breakfast. In fact the word appears 8 times in the article.
