Jon Paul Dickerson - Willpower, Determination And Knowledge: Reaching Your Goals...
I am writing this article because I want to share my success story with the millions of people out there who struggle with achieving their goals and dreams, whether it is weight loss, monetary issues, or anything else that requires one to consciously make an attempt to change their ways.

Fantastic
Thanks for your article, Jon, about your losing weight and about achieving goals and following your dreams. I found it to be incredibly inspirational. In fact, your article has inspired me to make a few changes in my own life...changes that might not have been made if not for you and your article. I have the motivation and the willpower; I won't give up. Thanks again Jon, you truly made a difference to me. Sincerely,
David Marshall II

Congrats, on not just your physical transformation but, on your realization that YOU are the master of your own destiny.

so true
the tortise wins the race. His long term approach is what cured his obesity. Its refreshing to see an article like this and get off the "3month transformation bandwagon" which ultimately leads to fustration. Making this a lifestyle Jon Paul shows that it wasnt "hard". you are what you always are, no shortcuts. Just a permanent long term approach!
