This article....
Is a major stinker.
It is like going to an all you can eat buffett, and a fat guy walks in and rips a massive fart!
From the first whiff, it is difficult to tolerate and from thereon it destroyes your desire to continue reading. *SNIFF* What is that i smell? THIS ARTICLE IS CRAP!

This article presents little, if any, helpful information.
Aside from being a grammatical monstrosity that is a mile wide and, intellectually, an inch deep, it is mostly just random rambling, with little cohesion or logical flow.
Rife with spelling errors and grammatical violations, this is, without doubt, a trendsetter - a trendsetter in as much as a new low has been established.
In this case, work of poor quality (made with an obvious attempt to speed publication) has been elevated above the usual bodybuilding.com material presented on this website, which is normally of good quality.
This work is MANY standard deviations removed from the mean normally present.
Intellectual buffoonery.
