The message present in this article is one that has been the subject of contemplative practices since the dawn of the first modern humans.

Excellent piece. If more people realized the meaning of Cogito ergo sum, or the Tao, or the Buddah nature, or the Christ mind, then more would stop believing in the stories they tell themselves about reality and would, in fact, in the words of Don Juan, SEE, as opposed to merely look.
