Smile Thanks!!

Ive been looking all over for information on diet and weight training and such. Im so happy i came across your site, it has it all! Yes, im new to the whole nutrition and weight training thing (which is why im here) so any basic info is helpfull, but you went into detail with this and expained each aspect thoroughly and i thank you for that. Its hard to find good info anymore, with the abundace of misleading information out there. Great job! on putting this entire website together. Im on my way to planning my new diet now(with correct knowledge)

Unhappy

15xBody weight is too low to gain muscle mass. I weigh 153 (7% bodyfat) and am eating 2800 calories a day just to barely surpass maintenance levels. The macronutrient ratio suggested is worthwhile, but I found that even more carbs (up to 10% more) accompanied by less fat (lowered by no more than 10%) works just as well, if not better.
