Interesting routine. Similiar to something Pavel would suggest. My only concern would be not training the chest directly for 8 weeks. How about adding some dips to the workout?

what about lose the bent press and add bench press? and you can do some situps or something then too. Thats what I did at least, I switched bench press in because I have a weaker chest so I need to hit that. with the high poundage used it is an intense workout.
