the last one he mentioned was pretty stupid.. saying you can only get cut on a treadmill and the weight room has nothing to do with burning fat.. bullshyt! I send my metabolism threw the roof when I do 20 sets of 3 one-arm dumbell snatches or swings.. beats the crap out of any cardio machine. Besides, everything else he said is pretty much covered by 1001 articles so who really gives about this?

Most people don't have time to go through all 1001 other articles to read what was in this article. Over the years, probably every aspect of body building has been covered in the articles on this site. New, and even old people to the sport don't have the luxury of having read them all, so chill out with the bitchiness. The world wasn't created to serve you.

I am going to have to agree with Nick on this one. This is the same rehashed information that has been written 50 times before. Its ok to elaborate on a basic part of weightlifting, but if you have nothing new to say, why bother?
Also, what is the purpose of this article? People say stuff that is annoying? Eh, thats not a very strong subject to write an article about. Wouldn't common sense tell you just to ignore what they say?
The only machine for cutting up is the treadmill? I beg to differ. Using circuits, or manipulation of rest time can also have fat burning effects. And the be all end all of cutting has to do with nutrition! Your fat burning potential will always suck if you do not pay attention to your diet. I suggest you write about a stronger subject, or atleast write something new in your future articles, becuase this is not a strong article at all.

Were discussing the article, not eachother.. geez it amazes me how you get into creating the world to serve me just from a brief little comment I made over the interent. If I have a comment about something ill say it, but ill keep comments to myself about other posters.. cuz winning a argument on the internet is like winning the special olympics, you win your still retarded.
Not only is his topics limited (only 4), he only has 3 out of 4 right.. and those 3 are ALWAYS circulating this site. And I dont care how many annoying sentences it takes, as long as he gets his fat ass to the gym ill tell him to squat till he cant stand up! I give this article a thumbs down, there are just too many related articles that are easily accessable.. esp in beginner guides.

There may be a million articles saying the same thing, but I still get 20 e-mails a week asking the exact questions I have addressed in this article. I think people may be confused as to why some people write articles here. I'm not writing to win any science award, I'm writing because there are more people out there who have no clue about bodybuilding than there are people like you guys who want more in-depth articles. People still have all these questions, and they need answers, and they tell me my articles help them get through their questions, so I'll keep writing.

So, no, protein will not make you fat, its not a "fatty" food, so get a clue, cause protein is one of the best energy sources out there. There are only 2 alternatives, fat and sugar, so which do you really think is the wise choice?
THAT IS ONE DUMB STATEMENT
