I seriously doubt i will ever juice but i was wondering: How big can you get without juiceing? I'll be around 6"4 when i'm fully grown, will i be able to get up to 230-240 pounds without useing riods.

A very good read, overall. :-)

Good call on inlcuding some discussion about recovery! It's something I'm making a point to focus on in my routine.

I also appreciate the candid remarks about seroids. It's a reality, and you handled it in a balanced fashio, as far as I can tell.

You can get way bigger than that without juice. Lattimer doesn't juice and he is 400 pounds (with at least 280 of that being muscle) and benches over 800 pounds.
