Ab workout
You say in the article that for most people, abs are mostly fast twitch muscle fibers & that fast twitch should be trained w/ 4 to 8 reps, rest periods of around 1 to 2 minutes and a moderate training volume. This is the complete opposite of most ab programs. Any comment?
