Shawn LeBrun - To Build Muscle, Get A Tan!

If you're looking to build lean muscle, I want you to first work on getting a tan. Let me save you from stares of confusion from the salon owners. You're not going to build muscle just from sun tanning...

After reading your article, "To Build More Muscle, Get A Tan", I must say that your opinions expressed in that article were just that; a PERSONAL view on building muscle. Sure, perhaps less is more FOR YOU!! But who's to say that is the case for someone else?? I can assure you that I've been building muscle for quite some time now and have worked my muscle groups three times a week and have seen outstanding results. Now that's the case for ME!...Maybe not everyone else. So for someone of your expertise and qualification in the field of bodybuilding should know better than to put out a personal opinion on a specific way to lift and build muscle and claim it to be a fact. Those false statements could easily rob somone of their full potenial of building muscle. It is just my opinion that you should have stated in your article that this a way that YOU find to be exceptional in building muscle; not necessarily THE WAY do it. Thank You for your time.

It's not about tanning he is really telling you not to over train. You should learn how to read before you go to the gym.

As a personal trainer you should use the term weight training as weight lifting has a specific meaning...namely olympic lifts.
