Good article, seems really useful 'til the macros start being assigned as grams per kilogram of body weight. Is there, or could there be an alternative paragraph to link to that is written in English? Or maybe I should say American? I'm off to figure out how many freakin' kgs I weigh. Or maybe not, it's late.

Take your weight in lbs and divide by 2.2 to get your weight in kgs
