Good luck to you bro!
Do you usually take 20 weeks to cutt for a show or is it just because you are using the lipo?

No way U R 12.05%. Judging by your pics, U got to be sub 10%. Me thinks U where ripping skin out to take those measurements. I think U R being to hard on yourself, go give yourself a hug.

that's the problem, people are too easy on themselves when they do bodyfat measurements. Normal caliper measurements are at least 3% too low.

That may be true, but judging by your physique, I still say U R too hard on yourself. There is no way U R up at 12%, unless U got some enormous belly. I would have guessed 8%-10%.

No I don't have a huge gut. Like I said everyone is too easy on themselves and thus we all have wacked out ideas of what bodyfat % are like. I've seen people who say they are 8% and aren't a shade under 15%. I'm 12% right now and I can see 3 obliques on each side and all my abdominals (not razor sharp mind you, but I can see them).
People just like to stroke their own egos and it keeps them from progressing.

If U can see your obliques, more than likely U R sub 10%. 15% under the shade of a tree. Thats good stuff. U R doing really good. Dont sweat it.

I should add, 220lbs is nothing to sneeze at. With the right body composition of course, which U have.

I'd rather not... as it is, the maturity level of the supplement section is suspect.

Excellent.
Can you highlight measurement updates by posting them over here as well, as you notice them?
Thanks L.

Agreed Layne. When I am 15% or so, with a nice size gut (genetics) everyone says I am full of it and closer to 10%. Don't think so.

Layne, for ****s and giggles, I am going to add in my recent stats, to illustrate how differently we are built.
weight- 213 lbs
TP = 212
3 site bodyfat measurement (took 5 at each site and the averages are as follows)
average chest skinfold- 11.0 mm
TP = 12
average abdominal skinfold- 13.8 mm
TP = 17
average quadracep skinfold- 17.2 mm
TP = 12
average bodyfat measurement- 11.80% bodyfat
TP = 12%
muscle measurements
calves- 16 3/8"
TP = 16.5
thighs- 26.75"
arms- 17.5"
TP = 17.5
waist- 34"
TP = 38"
Okay, so not that different. Actually, very much the same, except that I have a fat gut, and you have chunky legs.
