matches other advice
I am 23 days out. I have been told several different things about the precontest diet. Your diet corresponds with advice I have been given by other successful competators. I plan to use this type of eating plan to stay full and hard and carb down then up prior to the weight in. To win, I have to come in full and ripped. I am very vascular and hope they show up when i need them to. Wish me luck.

Hi Aaron, nice to see your still competing. I used to work out at BB in Eugene when you & Brandy were there. Thanks for posting your diet tips online, it's very helpful. Glad to hear you have your own place now in Medford, best to you and Brandy!
