Exclamation Sleep

You forgot about the sleep.Most of the people are cronicali undersleept wich has deteriorating efects.Lack of sleep potentiates every stres during the day and not to mension brutality of forced awaking.Hormonal imbalances lead to eating disorders and depresion.It costs nothing and compared to exercise and nutrition it is very simple.
