i stopped reading the article as soon as she replies the following for question 1:
"For women, this is frequently the most difficult area to tone. (It was my most difficult area to get where I wanted). There are a few things that work really well for toning the butt and thighs. First, when doing cardio, walk on a 10% incline. This targets the back of your thighs and butt, and is really great for burning fat in that area."
Proves how fitness models know **** about anything. I take you to the nearest beach and I can find you 10 girls with fitness model type bodies. Come on, fitness modelling per se, as a competition and title, is an absolute joke.
Anyhow, cant criticise much of the article since thats up to where I got  .

i found it helpful
I don't know about what you thought, but I must be a stupid woman according to you because I found her answers helpful, especially since it was my question she chose, and answered well I thought.

It's stupid because spot reduction is impossible, doing the incline walks will not burn any more fat in that area than running regularly would.

If you read the article, it doesn't say anything about spot reduction, it just states the fact that walking on an incline targets your glutes more than without an incline. By reading your stats 5'11 176 I wouldn't attack anybody's advice, especially when you could use some.

She also says that it is good for burning fat in that area, that is spot reduction, moron. Oh, so 5' 11, 176 pounds of muscle at 15 years of age isn't good?
Why don't you read the article before you make smartass remarks dumbass.

woden, I love your comment on the irish in your sig, its hilarious! LOL
about the article, she doesnt say you can spot reduce, but i think its clear how she means that walking on an incline level will target that area for fat loss which is utterly wrong and a begginer's myth.
about herself, she damn is hot!
