Planetmuscle.com - Titus Titanic Pecs!

I often write about a bodybuilder’s best body part training and often they do nothing special at all, being genetically gifted. But, my favorite training articles are about bodybuilders who overcame real weaknesses. This is the case with Craig Titus’s chest.

Shouldnt it be said for natural and/ or amatuer bodybuilders, that sometimes following a pro-bodybuilders routine might lead to overtraining and that the rountine doesnt mean u will become just like that pro-bodybuilder. I seen that arms get trained twice in the week and the major body parts get trained only once. Isnt that the ingrediants for overtraining smaller bodyparts?
